Presented here a long trench skirt by Japanese designer YOHJI YAMAMOTO, for his Y'S line. The skirt has a double breasted front and an adjustable belt at the waist, mimicking the appearance of the bottom half of a trench coat. An interesting feature of the skirt's construction is that although it appears to have a full / open double breasted front, both sides of the skirt are actually joined, with an interior pleat at the hem rather than a functional opening.
